Purpose:

To educate the Retirees on many issues such as Health Insurance, Tax Exemption at State and Town levels, Veteran Affairs, Social Security Laws and Social Services.

Membership:

Consists of Retired members and spouses of Locals 24, 43, 210 and 1302.

Meetings:

10:00 a.m.  Meetings are held the last Thursday of the month March through December unless otherwise mentioned.  Meetings take place at either Local 24, 500 Main Street, Yalesville CT or Local 43, 885 Wethersfield Ave, Hartford CT.  The locations of the meetings do change, so please see the Newsletter for the exact location.

Dues Structure:

Membership dues are $12.00 per year to be paid in full by December of that year but no later than May 31 of the following year.  Checks are preferred and can be made payable to Retiree Club No. 96.  If sent by mail, please send to the Local 24 address above and include a self-addressed, postage-paid envelope for dues card to be mailed back to you.
